Rice vinegar- working like a charm

Recommended Posts

So I tried white distilled vinegar diluted with water in a spray bottle for about a week with no results. So I figured I'd give rice vinegar a try for my acne/folliculitis/whatever. It was already diluted with water to like a ph of 4.2 or something and I diluted it with water further in a spray bottle at a 1:1 ratio and put in a few drops of tea tree oil for good luck (haha). Well it's only been about 5 days, but I am noticing far less infection and inflammation (this coming from a compulsive skin-picker). I have a lot of hope for the next few weeks that I will be virtually clear.

I really think it's mainly the vinegar, not the tea tree oil, that is clearing me up. I have tried tea tree oil before with minimal results, so I think the main effect is the vinegar.

More people should try this :)

Here's a "before" pic of my side...

will post after pics in the next week or two if I continue to clear up.
