Hey guys,

This is something I've thought of recently. I know that you should not use scrub after shaving, as your skin will get irritated, but is there are rule about not using cleansers (face soaps)?

My logic is: razor is dirty, and shaving cream is probably not designed for acne either, so cleansing it all off afterward should help. I of course use the "After Shave Balm for Sensitive Skin", after I've shaved and cleansed my face.

Few minutes later when it all dries up I apply differin gel, 5 minutes later my moisturizer, and then go to bed, so 'dry skin' shouldn't be an issue.

My main question is:

1) is it alright to use cleanser after shaving? (It's like this 'face soap'... logically I don't think it should irritate, but I don't know)

I would also like to know:

2) is it alright to use Differin Gel after shaving?

The thing is, my acne is generally too random to tell unless I'll be doing it for like half a year each....

Thank you!
