The vitamin A seems high is this normal or fine? also what should I add more of in this?

I would stay away form supplements that contain iodine. Iodine makes acne worse, google it.

Do not overdose on Vitamin A. There was a guy who took too much vitamin A and started loosing his hair, and probably got liver damage.

Oh man I havent had cystic acne in years and all of a sudden I get 3. two hard ones under the skin and one not too bad. Im stopping this multi immediatly, i took it for about 2 weeks. Is this the iodine? only other bad reaction i get is from dairy but i stopped that.
