Sorry but I'm not understanding why you'd wanna fast regularly if you're underweight already and can't gain?! Surely if you wanna put weight on you need to be eating a consistently high calorie diet, e.g on a daily basis. :think:

I've done a couple of fasts in the past with good results...they only work for a few days though, so you have to have something to keep you clear long term. Check out http://www.expert-skin-care.com/acnedietguides/, they have some good ones there and they're basically free (buy them and return them, they have useful stuff though so I kept mine)
