red spot with a slight bump?

about 6 or 7 weeks ago I had a BIG pimple (i'd say almost a cyst) on my cheek, which is very, very rare (only one in a LONG time) and I tried to take good care of it, but still, it left a pinkish-red bump (i can't feel it, but it looks sort of raised)

im using AHA (2 weeks now) and I was wondering if it would smooth it out any, I know AHA is said to work on red marks but I've never seen any info on "smoothing"

thanks a lot :)

I had "bumps" too, where the hyperpigmentation was. And now i don't have much. I think it could be due to the AHA+. Some of the reviews i read for AHA+ also said that some people had smoother skin, etc.
