irrulume 0 Share Posted June 14, 2004 is it ok to use the regime when taking b5? ive been on the supplements for three weeks, and gettin slow progress. been on the regime for about 11 wks now and still not clear, gettin better, but keep on gettin spots on the same areas!!! grrr. any advice would help.alex Quote Link to post Share on other sites
