I'm doing a few things for my red marks and it's been going very well.

- Exfoliation: Either using a daily cream like Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion (purchased at a local Ulta) or doing chemical peels (purchased 20% TCA acid). The daily cream is really gentle. The peel takes 1-2 weeks to stop peeling.

- Bleach: I found Ambi Fade Cream at all my local stores like Walmart or Walgreens for around $5. Make sure to get the one for Normal skin. I tried the formulation for Oily skin which had no results at all.

I've been doing this for about 2 weeks. It's actually working really well, I think it might be the fade cream doing most of the work though...Remember to use sunscreen if you use a fade cream.

Have you read through any of the threads on this section? There are some pretty simple that might help to speed up the fading of your hyperpigmentation. There's the Tape Method, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, AHA... You can either just poke around and read threads that catch your eye or you can use the search function to find threads about specific treatments.
