Planning to start using a sleep mask. Could it aggravate my forehead?

So, I'm thinking about using a sleep mask since I wake up about 1 pm and it's so bright that it ruins my sleep usually.

Would a sleep mask that covers my whole forehead and some of my nose, aggravate my forehead skin? My forehead has some oiliness problems, no big acne, a few zits. I'd hate to make it worse.

It should not affect you're acne much. As long as you are on the regimen, acne should not form. It may irritate existing acne. But I don't think it's much to worry about. Dan did a daily video the other day on wearing hats in the summer and how they can irritate your forehead and this is his advice on it:

I only cleanse and moisturize. That's my regime... Plus a healthy diet. Doesn't seem to work but I'm giving it a bit more time. My main problem is oiliness and as far as I know, that can't be cured - it's because of the hormones. Thanks
