Actually I always was thin/normal, but since my acne and super oily skin are almost controlled because of my diet (no sugar, no carbs, no gluten, etc etc) I'm so freaking scared to eat some stuffs and break out again...

In the past I used to eat a looot and still doesn't get fatty, but now I eat less and more selective :wall:

I was like you , I added new food into my diet yesterday!!!!

I feel so much energetic since I added new healthy food into my diet.

I went from 180g carbs to nearly 400g. >_>

3k calories to 4.2k :X
