Does Microdermabrasion help at all?

Yes, after 11 weeks using BP and not seeing much differnce I started using what I always end up going back to, my Mary Kay Microdermabrasion, which is awesome and I swear by. I've used it twice in the last 4 days, and I'm thrilled at how my skin is looking so far. I use the Bp inbetween the days where I'm not using the Microderm. My red marks are fading more than they faded on almost 3 months of BP. By adding the microderm, my breakouts have got in check and my skin has a better overall appearence. I can't speak for all at home kits, but I can speak for the one I use, go check out the makeupalley reviews as the "Microderm treatments, by MK" they are excelent, I have a review on there from a year or so ago. Why did I stop using it? Beats me, for many years I switched products over and over. I refuse to do that anyore though you can never truely see what works and what doesn't by doing that. Anyways, you want to get your acne in check, and fade your redmarks? This might be just the thing for you :)

BP doesn't help with red marks... it provides oxygen to the skin, killing bacteria that could cause acne.

PANIC,

BP is also a mild peel, which with time, would fade red marks.
