I've read some positive stuff about qigong and acne online, but has anyone personally tried this? i was really wary but since my mom knows people who says this guy knows what he's doing i guess he's not a quack

Dude are you talking about magical cures?
Even Accutane is not a magical cure it takes at least 5 to 6 months for severe acne.

My advice is do inner smile, it balances you hormones and your acne breakout becomes less and less and give it six months atleast before you expect to see any decent results because you will be practicing only for 5 mins everyday.
