Any Help about my scars?

hey,

after 8 years of acne i finally managed to get rid of it (isotretinoin).

But as i saw my acne fading, i more and more noticed that im FULL of scars..

its a nightmare...

do you think those scars can be improved by any treatments? or are they too dee?

It looks like mostly pigmentation scarring, which will probably fade within the next 6-12 months. You can use topical treatments like aloe vera/aloe vera gel or Intense R-ALA Gel. You can also try IPL laser treatments. Nothing really to worry about.

nxo, I think most folks on this forum view scars as depressed holes ect.. in the skin. red marks are scars to and I also see some light indentations of the temple area I believe. but you're not that bad bro. My advice would be get some glycolic acid 25% peels and start doing these once a week until your skin tone has evened out. no more red marks ect.. and then see where you stand. if you have any scarring after that there are treatments that can improve them. but again your scarring is very mild at best. good luck..

i know the red spots will go away, but there are still lots of scars. if the lightning is bad they look even worse then in the pictures...

I dont think you have anything to worry about. If I saw you on the street I would NOT look at you and think oh my god that guy has scars. And I mean that honestly.
