eating yoghurt helps to calm down red marks

any dairy products CAN increase acne.

not heard anything whatsoever about redmarks.

but whatever works for you :)

hmmm yeah dairy but i thought the structure of normal ordinary milk is totally different when they are made into yoghurt the bacteria break them up . for me yoghurt is much better and it wont cause you break outs . one main reason i'm eating yoghurt because every time we eat something heaty out body heats up internally (curry , spicy food , red meats) ..so yoghurt helps to cool our body down instantly plus they cleanse your intestine too .

i'm eating 2 small bowl of yoghurt everyday after lunch and dinner ,

yeah most people prefer flavours on them ...i'm eating sour homemade yoghurt i add honey and flex seed oil ....good combination ....if you guys dont want then, add in strawberry ...yoghurt is there for centuries .
