Those who tolerate high-fat dairy

For those who are able to tolerate and consume high-fat dairy on a regular basis (cream & butter in particular); have you also tested cheese? If so, what were your reactions?

I'm curious about this because although I don't consume high-fat dairy right now; I had a meal out and the chicken was absolutely loaded with Monterey Jack cheese. I ate it and can't say it really made a difference in my acne so I'm wondering if any of you out there who tolerate high-fat dairy can also eat cheeses.
