I notice when im outside in the fresh air and wind my acne 'feels' better, as opposed to being inside in this stuffy dried up room with no air coming in.

What's up with that?

Is fresh air blowing against our faces a good thing? It certainly seems like it to me. Just thought i'd share that.

i dunno if fresh air is actually any good for your skin, but i agree that sometimes gettin a breath of fresh air is good for your sense of well-being in general. kinda wakes you up and refreshes you a bit.

i tend to find that cold air makes my red marks more prominent, then when i come indoors they settle down again.
