...depression, as well as relieve oxidative stress.

This tells me that acne is really a symptom of a much bigger problem since these same supplements have often help various other ailments.

It's amazing if you think about it.

Honestly, I haven't even touched it. It just hit me one day (today) as I was typing. But I should get the book.

Please check it out, then! It talks explicitly about this weird situation: how come all the nutritional deficiencies found in depression and mental diseases are also found in acne.
