Well basically im taking meat in 1 or 2 meals daily but i seen most stuffs only contains 0.1-0.9mg in it but the recommended intake is 15mg & thats a huge difference.

That means i need to eats more than 3 beef & fish per day just for 15mg...

So...Can any1 post a diet that is enough for 15mg of zinc per day? No supplements

Thank you.

Oh wow..I dont take pumpkin seeds & oysters..so i guess i have to eat more red meat but i heard too much red meat isnt good too.

I might buy a zinc supplement tho, but im just scared it contains iodine or some other stuff as few months ago i bought a multivitamin & had an outbreak.

Considering Opti-zinc(Monomethionine) Any1 can recommend some brands without iodine in it? & how do i check whether theres iodine in it?

zinc+calcium? that's a bad combination

Don't get that. from what I've read calcium interferes with zink absorption.
