Which is healther?

Apple or grape juice? Im thinking about buying a bottle and mixing it with acv in the morning cause I cant stomach acv waking up. Also I dilute 2 tbpns of acv in a glass of juice correct? Does anyone have any personal experience on if it tastes bad

both are good for you as long as you buy the brands that don't contain a lot of sugar. a lot of times i find that certain brands taste sugary so i usually do half and half with water. it tastes a lot better.

i can't comment on acv because i've never tried it, but would like to hear more about it.

I think the grape probably has bioflavnoids that the apple doesn't. Plus it has a stronger taste, so it might mask the ACV better. Experts?

Apple and grape are two that almost never have added sugar because the fruits have so much. Just read the labels and pick the least amount of sugars and definitely no HFCS.

I would still add water so you aren't having too much sugar and have it with a meal. I currently keep some kind of juice on hand that I have with my iced green tea. I might try adding the ACV to that. I've never managed to make ACV a habit.
