anti-arthritus supplement

I recently was given a GNC product called Triflex, which is an anti-inflammatory mix for treating sore joints, cartilage, etc. (link below)

The active ingredients include Glucosamine, Chondroitin Sulfate, and MSM.

Where I'm going with this is...

Whenever I stumble on a bad breakout, taking some Ibuprofen usually calms the redness/infected pores down. Now, if I could replace taking ibuprofen all the time with a more [natural supplement like this triflex, could this essentially act as a consistent remedy for inflamed, very 3-Dimensional pustules?

Taking joint/cartilage supplements could act as a more healthy, natural alternative to the liver-taxing, stomach-taxing synthetic anti-inflammatory supplements for the purpose of relieving inflamed zits.

Feedback Appreciated
