so we know that acne develops by too much sebum being excreted to the pores then they become blocked.. Is there a nutritional way to control sebum production without mega dosing on a certain vitamin? I only have mild pustular acne....

Retinol in addition to vitamin C helps a LOT. Also supplementing with both essential fatty acids (cod liver oil, and evening prim rose oil).

Also one thing that I noticed that really really helped me was sitting down and writing down what I eat in a day. Then disect those items to see what vitamins are in those and what they generally add up to. If you see any holes in essential vitamins, minerals, or essential fatty acids, then start supplementing all those that you are missing. It will help a lot!
