Moisturizer and/or hydroquinone and/or topical retinoid. Without any products: TIME will take care of them.

Some people report success with Lac-Hydrin 5; it is a moisturizer that has 5% lactic acid. The lactic acid helps exfoliate the skin, and of course the moisturizer maintains the hydration of your skin.

I have read conflicting reports on Vit E. Some say it is good for the skin, others say it doesn't help and may hurt. I don't know for sure which it is. Some people report that they have seen great improvement with various vitamin E creams.

Time will heal those red marks. :)
