Accutane issue - medical coverage...

Can anyone with a decent financial experience with said drug name some decent insurance companies that offer sufficient prescriotion coverage?

I've got a medical discount plan that allows me to pay only $100/month for the Accutane itself, paying about the same for blood work. Is there nothing better out there?

so $200 a month for bloodwork/prescription? How is bloodwork $100?!?! that's ridiculous.

$100 for accutane is pretty good. You can try finding amnesteem, which is generic for accutane. It's supposed to be cheaper + be exactly the same.

Good luck

Well the doctor I went to last summer was only going to schedule the bloodwork about 3 or 4 times--one intitial test prior to treatment, one after treatment, and one or two in the duration. My current coverage doesn't cover very much for labs.

But, yeah, I was going for the generic. About a year ago, I got raped by a lame deal on prescription coverage which only afforded me with Amnesteem for about two months before I realized how steep it would be without coverage. Something near $500 for generic and $700 for brand name.
