Why me??

Do you recommend drinking honey?

It has lots of good stuff in it like vitamins, but what about its sugar content? Btw I'm asking about the regular honey, not manuka which is too expensive to drink everyday.

I wouldnt recommend it.

If its the vitamins you are after perhaps eat various berries or other lower glycemic load fruits.

Hot water + honey +lemon on a morning before anything else = good detox

1 teaspoon is all you need. I drink it through the day sometimes too.

Yeah it can be darn expensive but you can get manuka honey cheaper in some places too eg Holland and Barrat do it for £16 (i'm like holy what, its a jar of honey you've got to be kidding me) but they also do one for £5 and it's fairly good size. You gotta shop around.
