funkypants 0 Share Posted March 15, 2007 Hello, has anyone here tried Dr. Dan's lip balm? It contains 1% hydrocortison which my GP does not reccomend using, apparently it can thin your skin and fat stores. I would like to know if anyone else has heard this, had adverse effects, or has been using the lip balm with good results. Thanks

Thanks I think if you used it for excessive periods of time, then it'd thin your skin. I'm not sure if 1% would do that much damage though.
Densha504 0 Share Posted March 16, 2007 I've been using cortibalm for a couple months. It works pretty good. I suggest using the maintanence formula after a few months to avoid getting adverse reactions with the hydrocortizone.
