How to replenish the "good" bacteria?

What's the best way to replenish the "good" bacteria in your body that is killed by antibiotic? I've heard pasteurised yogurt doesn't have much "good" bacteria in it these days.

probiotics, but don't even bother if you are still on antibiotics. they will just kill off the probiotics anyway. it is best to wait until you are not taking antibiotics to start probiotics.

Eat foods with fiber. Fiber is food for bacteria.

try such products as royal jelly, propolis and bee pollen. these bee products help replenish good bacteria but do be careful because some people have allergies to these products
