so...a question to all of you who have problems or know a lot about problems regarding bread....i was wondering now wuts the details on bread and the different kinds of it-- white, wheat, whole grain, w/e-- and was it the gluten in it or something thats bad? or the carbs? i really like bread, but the most ill go is probably some healthier form of bread if any available than completely abstain. w/e thx
