Well since i've started school I've been going to bed at about 1am and getting up at about 7am. I don't get enough sleep and they are odd hours so I'm gonna try and go to bed earlier and see if it helps.

My sleep patterns is very irregular, I sometimes go to bed at 4-5am several days in a row, wake 2-3 hours later, & take small naps anywhere from 9am to 7pm. Result after more than a week? No acne increase whatsoever.

I've slept less than 6 hours a night for as long as I can remember. But since the sleep deprivation has killed my memory, that may not have been very long.

lack of sleep produces "memory errors", i know this phenomenon.....
