hm...... Well it'd probably wouldn't be red or irritated and it'd also shouldn't be flaky after a while. I think people normally still use a moisturizer since it would still make your skin dry.

yea, that's pretty much what it means.

You may still experience a bit of mild dryness, but you should eventually get used to the BP so that you aren't miserable having it on all the time.

My skin feels normal with BP on, not dry, not red, not irritated. I've been using it a loooooong time.

In time, your skin should adjust and feel more normal. It is really only the first few months that are the hardest for most people. Unless you have super sensitive skin, your skin should adjust in time. And using a good moisturizer can help you through the rough parts!
