Some of you might notice when you wake up from sleeping your acne looks a lot better but in like 30 minutes it goes back to how it normally looks...why is that? Does acne really grow that fast?

I think that's mostly blood circulation. When we sleep, the blood isn't getting around as well, so when we start moving, our face (and body) is bound to get a little redder and slightly more swollen with the blood moving through faster. (since when we sleep, our heart rate drops and when we wake up, the heart pushes blood through faster).

Also, when we sleep, for some reason we don't produce as much oil.

what elsewhere said.

also your eyes aren't in as sharp focus the first time you look in the mirror in the morning.

BTW,

Proactive is just 2.5 percent benzol peroxide. cleverly marketed and in nice bottles.
