I™ve done some dermarolling sessions but nothing changed. I am not a rich guy who could spend a lot trying everything so I need help from some of you guys. Despite the acne scars, I have one spot under my eye that bothers me a lot and I don't know if this is some kind of hyperpigmentation. I would like to know what could be effective in decreasing or eliminating theses problems. I already use retinol 1% everyday.
Your scars are not severe, so I'm guessing that if you went to a derm or plastic surgeon who specializes in scar treatment they might recommend one ablative laser session. That might make you happy enough with how things are looking.
As far as the one spot goes, a cosmetic dermatologist usually has little tricks for stuff like that. Maybe freeze that puppy off or use a specialized laser to zap it.
