I have similar scars like yours and I would rate it 7 or 8. I too tried lasers like 4 times(though i was inconsistent) and saw no improvement and gave up hope. Recently I have consulted a dermatologist who has suggested me to undergo combination of MNRF+PRP and TCA cross. I have completed my first session of MNRF+PRP this month, though I'm not very impressed, I can see that this treatment is better penetrative into my skin, comparing to the mild laser resurfacing treatments. I'm waiting to do my first TCA crosss in the upcoming month. Don't lose hope and keep trying other combination of treatments, before giving it up completely. Atleast that's how I have made up my mind. Good luck!!
