Been to the derm before but all they gave me is topical cream for my acne but they didn't work and I stopped going because they weren't helping me. These bumps need to go away. If anyone nose how to get rid of or know what I can use to try and get rid of please let me know asap!!!

I have the same exact thing. It's frustrating. Please do update us if you ever find an effective treatment. They literally don't go away.

It's calledSebaceous hyperplasia.There are multiple treatment modalities including laser butone of the most effective ones on the market (from what's been documented) is radiosurgery.
