These are extremly hard to treat. The nose is not like the rest of the skin. It's cartilidge. TCA Cross can help(many sessions), co2 laser and finally Erbium resurfacing. Your skin will not be 100% smooth and it does take time. Depends how you heal.

Please see a practioner that is skilled treating this (do a few consulations and pick the best one) ask for photos before and after of their work.
