There are two images that are edited to show the dents and texture of the acne scars along with any other inflamed acne.
I would like to know the severity of this acne scaring and such. Safe to say it is moderate to severe.
I have used trentoin as it was prescribed to me for 0.05 and then 0.1. Along with bactrin pills to remove bacteria infections and a gel that would be applied in the morning. Forgot what that one was for. (I no longer have the trentoin creams) This was two-three years ago, it did improve but I slacked off last year or so~
In any case, 6 months ago, it was more or less fine with not much acne. Then it began getting signicant. I am using Aloe Vera gel, and a retnoid from Admire My Skin cream along with a Cere Ve to moistorize.
It is safe to say that there are three main factors and that they are stress, diet, and dry skin. (Eating fast foods, school and work and then not moistorizimg my Skin)
Goal is to prevent inflamed Acne bumps, reduce trapped bumps under skin, remove redness, and attempt to fade out the acne scars. Using Aloe Vera to remove redness and a retnoid cream from Admire My Skin to peel over the acne scars.
Ultimately, I would like to know a detail status of my face acne. Types of acne, acne scars, and any observation of what I had posted.
@VelmexYou need to get the acne under control or you will spread bacteria during treatments. Have you considered Accutane. I cannot tell if your cheeks are inflamed or are infected as there are raised areas mid cheek. Your scarring is moderate to severe. What makes it more severe is it's all over your face, not just one location.
I cannot fix your acne, ... you need to goto a general dermatologist. I can help with scars.
You may try ematrix or sublative rf as you have acne spots and this may help before your acne scar treatments (it takes several).
Vascular laser like Vbeam or Picosure for the redness and hyperpigmentation(do this if the above does not work or instead of it).
Your treatments are going to be extensive, everything is optional, treat as you have time and money. Some only have enough to do a subcision or two a year.
Lots of box cars, rolling scars, icepicks, fat loss, discoloration

No worries, I'll update you when my acne breakout is under control. Around six months ago, I had not a single inflamed acne, just scars. Seems like it came back to nib me while I started to do peeps with the retnoid cream from "Admire My Skin". (What is the difference between the one you listed compared to this product?)
There are two main areas of scaring and they are on my sides from the temple to the cheeks, I am not sure if sleeping on my sides could be the culprit for them. Especially if I do not clean the covers, should I change covers twice a week and wash them?
@VelmexI am not endorsing any retin-a cream or tretinorin, just trying to help you with a general info to get you started. Differin is for active acne. If your in the USA sold over the counter in Target/Walmart. The other companies in that section do consults(dermatologist) for your condition trough the web or smartphone to get you a customized monthly cream to use.
IT could be a fugal acne. Yes change the pillow case often. Try a sulfur soap and possibly salicylic acid wash. Just buy a bunch of pillow cases if that works. First try to filp the pillow you have a fresh side nightly. IT could be diet or hormonal as well. Sugars, Processed foods, Dairy, ... Eat lots of Fruits and Veggies, some lean meats.
