I have several of these on my nose (this one being the biggest) they have been there for a while. Are they small keloids? would kenalog reduce them??

@Amp2695Yes this can be corrected with steroid injections or co2 laser. Could be a cyst or a keloid, ... have the Dr inspect in person (Rullan).
