Hi guys, does anyone have any hypertrophic scars? Especially on nose? Is there any hope to fix them? Has anyone managed to achieve improvement, or flattening?

I cannot use silicone based products, since I have seberrhoeic dermatitis. I used Kelo-Cote and it only made my scar worse, not sure if due to my skin condition or not, but that may be the reason.
