Hi guys, does anyone have any hypertrophic scars? Especially on nose? Is there any hope to fix them?:( Has anyone managed to achieve improvement, or flattening?

I cannot use silicone based products, since I have seberrhoeic dermatitis. I used Kelo-Cote and it only made my scar worse, not sure if due to my skin condition or not, but that may be the reason.

hypertrophic scars can be hard to get rid of...

Try this, someone else had one on their nose-

 

Also, With light colored skin you may be able to resurface the nose using a fractionated CO2 laser or a standard CO2 laser.

You can go for hypoallergenic scar therapy if you have sensitive skin.
