I am 22 years old and didn't really have acne as a teen. Now I've been breaking out like crazy the past few months like all at once. And each time there's just bigger and deeper and scary looking zits.  And I try not to hit I pick at them.  Now this one is MASSIVE and greenish. And they hurt really bad.  I have no idea what to do and I just need some advice.
