Popped pimple that keeps filling up with pus and opening up again

I got a pimple in the middle of my chin almost 2 weeks ago, I popped it, drained it and put antiseptic cream on it.
However the pimple won't heal, it keeps refilling with pus and bursting on it's own. Is there anything I can do to speed up the healing process? Should I put Duac on it? aspirin mask? are these safe to put on broken skin/scabs?

Just stop touching it dude, your picking is pretty much the only reason why its still there. Picking it further could lead to scarring, if you haven't already scarred yourself in the process so far :/

Don't put anything on an open wound. Don't try to speed up the healing process, just let your body do it's work :)
