sorry it's only half a picture, new spot coming and it will get huge,for the last 42 years I have squeezed massive spots ,I wait a couple of days until it's ripe,get a needle,try to find the right pore opening and insert the needle down about a 1/4 inch and put my fingers either side and push inwards,I have to do this 6 times a day for about 3 days and the last squirt will  hit the mirror,more recently I have been slicing the spot open with a razor and put steri strips either side so it looks like I have had an accident.
I get a huge spot every couple of years but from the age of 15 to 25  I had a monster spot every other week usually on my cheek,

so I can't understand why people are to scared to just prick the skin on a pimple and clear the pus.
