During that bad breakout i did something i had never done before, i picked At my skin (bad idea) now un dealing with scars, PIH , my still horribly oily skin, and numerous Whiteheads and blackheads. Im still on tretinoin aand i use bha and AHA ...i dont know why muy skin doesnt get better. Im starting to loose hope. Right now un trying out cutting diary and taking supplements (vitamin c and zinc for now) ill Update my progress soon

Do you have acne only on your cheecks?
Yeah, only on my cheeks. I cant figure why , even tho they get oily, they are the least oily part of my face
Current routine:
Doble cleanser:
1) Vichy micellar oil
2) avene water based cleanser
In the mornings i follow with vit c serum
Toner: mornings diy honey toner, evenings cosrx summer pore serum (bha)
Moisturizer: aloe Vera gel in the mornings, Neutrogena healthy skin un the evenings
Atte night i also use presctiption retinoic acid (0,1%)
It can take 4-5 months. Some people don't clear til course has finished.
Apparently Isotretinoin keeps working up to 8 weeks after stopping.
Sadly patience is needed. Check out cumulative doses. You have already suffered return of acne after stopping over summer so check with derm that you don't stop til you have had the right cumulative dose for your weight.

Topical
Im taking pictures every other day to check if theres any progress. Ive also started taking nutricional yeast eevry day
I was on a prescription for Epiduo a few years ago - its a mix of Benzoyl Peroxide and Adapalene (a form of topical isotretinoin). Although I found it took a good three months to see results, I found that the Adapalene meant my skin was turning over quicker which meant the redness faded quicker too. Topical isotretinoin (known variously as Retin-A or Adapalene) is often prescribed to improve skin texture, so hopefully you see good results with this.
While using topical isotretinoin you should NOT be using any BHA or AHA product at the same time. You don't want to over irritate your skin! You can use AHA, but if you do give the isotretinoin a miss that day.
One tip - try not to chop and change products and habits all the time. When you change something you need to give it at least four weeks to really know if it's making a difference or making things worse.
Just here to say that there is improvement in your skin, and yeah jolly is right, do not use too many products, a mild cleanser, a good non comedogenic moisturizer and use sunscreen religiously.

SUNSCREEN! Yes, can't believe I forgot to mention sunscreen. You should be wearing sunscreen every day.
