I created an account just to create this thread as recently i've been trying out many different types of diet hoping to cure my very oily skin and acne. From what i have observed, my oily skin has improved slightly when i consume no oil in my food and my hormonal acne is slowly fading away.
Yes, I think diet also plays a great role as to how our skin appears. For oily skin, I'm just mixing up baking soda with plain water. That's it. I'm just new to this so not really sure if it will greatly help but I feel that it's helping me eliminate blackheads and whiteheads too.
I apply it on my t-zone by the way. Let it stay there for a few minutes before washing it off. I do this 2-3 times per week, I hope I get the results that I want!
