I have a really bad T-Zone, had the issue of whiteheads forming on my nose which I have solved in the past month because of a product called LA roche-Posay EFFECLAR MAT, this has reduced the amount of whiteheads forming so now when i Steam my face barely anything comes out of my nose wicked right?!
Now my issue is the clogged pores I am getting on the side of my right cheek only! The issue is due to me sleeping on this side more I tested myself and slept on my left side and seemed to have gotten pimples on my left however these weird hard sebum things that i squeeze out that leave a huge red mark which goes pinkish after a while takes a year to completely fade,using a extractor is there something that I am eating that are triggering these?
I have cut out dairy mainly milk, I eat a lot of protein.
What fruits and vegetables would be good to eat?

I think you're right In recent weeks every time Ive steamed my face I keep getting bumps which eventually come to a head a prime example would be yesterday I steamed and I have woken up with a red bump which hurts. But do they not come to a head anyway even if you do not steam?
Yes oranges! I need some vitamin C

They do anyways but steaming causes more clogged pores than you had before. Stay away from bananas.I guess not every fruit :/
