I want to work out but with the hormonal acne and oily skin that ive acquired in the last 4months thanks to antidepressants I can't stop thinking about face washing:
-should I wash my face before I work out? After? What if I can't full out wash my face after working out, are there any good face wipes? If I washed my face before and after that would be 4 times a day..wouldn't that make my skin more oily?
*I feel like ive developed an ocd.
You definitely should work out. Exercise helps regulate hormones and clears your mind.
You don't need to wash your face before you work out - why would you do that? Afterwards, a wash with a mild, gentle cleanser when you shower/change. Three times a day isn't that big of a deal if your face needs it.

I had read that you need to remove the oil and dirt before so that when your pores open up when you sweat the dirt doesn't clog pores

Well, first of all, your pores don't open and close. There aren't little muscles in there. The perception that certain things open your pores is a myth. Heat and moisture can soften your skin, making unclogging pores easier, but that's all.
Second of all, are you rolling around in dirt all day? rubbing your hands all over your face? How much dirt do you think is in your skin?
