My skin has been pretty oily, but only on my forehead.... I started getting little bumps there and on my temples.

Thought it was folliculitis so i started to use Nizoral. Soon after, i noticed that my forehead and temples have this odd looking "chicken texture", and the oil really makes it noticeable....

I'm 25 and a male. No previous major problem with acne, only minor till i hit 20 then it was pretty much gone. Up until this forehead stuff.

Any ideas?
