Oily skin in my experience has nothing whatsoever to do with eating fast food. It is probably more than likely caused by hormones, not sure if there's a cure! Do you have any acne or just oily skin?
Oily skin
My nose is the biggest oily part
I can squeeze out all the pus at night and when I wake up it's back
My scalp just gets oily if I don't wash my hair for 2 or more days

How old are you? Sounds like it may be hormone changes associated with puberty. If you are older than this I do apologise! As for scalp, don't worry because most people's does get greasy if they don't wash their hair for 2+ days.

More than likely to be hormonal then, how long have you been noticing the greasiness?
What cause it?
Can it be cured?
Can eating a lot of fast food cause it?
Oily skin is generally hormonal or genetics, it really won't respond to many products. The best way to go is take at least one shower a day (I take one morning and night), get yourself a gentle face wash and use it once or twice a day ( I use Cetaphil), and maybe look into a toner like Witch Hazel or ACV. Also, it is a good idea to gently blot your face with a paper towel, toilet paper, or commercial blotting sheets (can by them at Target or Walmart) when you notice your face/nose getting oily.
I have very oily skin and I'm still in the process of trying different things, but the ACV toner helped the most for me.
This is the link to the toner I made, and I've been using it for around 6 months with good results.
You may grow out of it soon, or you may have it until your skin dries up when you age. Keeping your skin clean, dry, and not irritated is the key to making it manageable.
