Hey everyone!

In in the past two weeks I™ve started getting these tiny skin colored acne clusters all over my chin and the sides of my mouth... the rest of my skin is clear. I assume because of the location that this must be hormonal? Has anyone seen this type of acne before? If so, any recommendations for treatment? (The more natural and holistic, the better).

Skin routine: Currently using cerave cleanser and moisutizer both morning and night.

It's hard to tell from the photo if it's hormonal, but it looks really mild. Your skin looks a little oily. I would try gentle chemical peels like salicylic acid, mandelic acid, and lactic acid. Also to reduce sebum production I would try azelaic acid or its derivative calledPotassium Azeloyl Diglycinate (PAD), which doesn't have side effects like itching and burning.
