I've been struggling with different types of acne for almost 7 years now,  but nothing has been as persistent as this. Since I got to college (I'm a sophomore) which was also a few months after I got a Skyla IUD which was removed this past February, I started breaking out terribly on my jawline and cheeks, which is the only type of acne I had never dealt with (T-zone acne from age 12-17/18ish). I've tried topical stuff, I wash my face frequently, moisturize plenty with cera ve, and I make sure my pillow is always clean & I don't touch my phone to my face. Nothing works. I've been dealing with this for over a year now. Please help! 1st photo is the left side of my face, 2nd is the right.

Definitely looks hormonal. Birth control is notorious for acne. It wont be an easy journey but its definitely worth seeing a derm who can address your issues with hormonal meds and topicals
