I've been struggling with acne quite a while now.. at the moment I have clear skin bc of birth control , but I'm afraid It'll come back after I get off it. I was prescribed on birth control bc of my irregular periods & of course acne. The weird thing that I'm not sure if it's hormonal bc I didn't have any acne on my cheeks, jaw or anywhere below my nose. Although, I had mild acne on my forehead & my back... only in those areas. I'm afraid I would even have pcos bc of my irregular periods. I don't know what to do anymore. Should I see a endocrinologist or naturopath?
