I have oily skin on my t zone
I use to have clear skin but recently I have this small bumps like all over my forehead
Please tell me a way to cure them i heard that eating flaxseed oil pill can help in acne but I will eat flax seed instead is it the same?
In my skin routine I use:
-Exuviance clarifying facial cleanser
-Exuviance triple facial polish
Please tell me other ways to cure these things and what not to do
I drink chamomile tea and Exuviance clarifying facial cleanser contains chamomile could it be a allergic reaction?,if yes then why does the small bump only appears on my forehead
Small flesh colored bumps can be acne cosmetica, from hair spray, shampoo and/or foundation. Oily skin tends to be a hormonal problem but not always.Usually true hormonal acne presents on the chin and jawline. I got this with bad oily T-zone issues.
I would try to stop using the products you have and switch them out for gentler alternatives, like Simple face wash. You could just be having a product reaction, and if the products are drying you out it could be making excess oil in your T-zone.

Actually I use 'head and shoulder' to wash my hair but I don't have bangs or my hair does not have any chance to actually touch my forehead
I mean, yes, you could try to just wash with water...The problem is, every time I have done this I get more cc's on my face, because my skin is so oily. I can do it now because Spiro is drying up all the oily in my face, so skipping a wash in the morning won't hurt me....but it used to. You could just try washing once at night and water in the AM?
I'd try Free & Clear shampoo/conditioner as most regular shampoos have pore clogging ingredients.
