I have this big acne on my chin, it appeared two days ago, it popped up by itself yesterday with a yallowish thing, and then it popped up today with a white thing i dunno what do u call it guys, i have also on my right chin ance, if one goes the other comes and i soon as i start to heal a new scar, I immediately get a new one next to it  

help plz? I think they are related to hormonal issue so if it's, what can i do? 
My eating habits is healthy and i work out regularly
